We hold our group classes at The Den Wellness Collective, offering a diverse range of holistic practices aimed at nurturing mind-body wellness and personal growth. We have movement classes blending yoga, dance, and free movement to promote physical vitality and flexibility (style dependent on facilitator). We offer sound baths, utilizing soothing tones and vibrations to induce deep relaxation and meditation, fostering mental clarity and emotional balance. We hold breath-work classes focusing on conscious breathing techniques, enhancing respiratory health and stress reduction. Each experience is designed to provide participants with a transformative journey towards holistic well-being, guided by skilled instructors who create a supportive environment conducive to exploration and self-discovery.

$30 for 60 minute session and $40 for 90 minute session
