Sometimes all you need is to switch things up with how you're meeting your needs in the moment and it can be helpful to have a plan because it's challenging to come up with something when you're activated. This resource can be helpful when you're heading outside of your window of tolerance and need to emotionally regulate and meet your needs. The document is divided into 4 sections- outlining your emotional self, mental self, physical self and spiritual self. When one of these selves is calling for attention and focus there is a list of ways you can meet your needs in these areas. Add some of your own ideas at the bottom of each section!
